Art requires teams - that might be members of a band, or a team running a venue, or a solo artist who works with a team of people in different organisations (record company, tour booking, promotion, tour managing etc). When those teams run in harmony, you can achieve oustanding results, but when they don't, it can be the difference between success and failure.

Barney has experience in building teams to run venues, run events, and support artists. He understands how to find out what's going wrong in teams where it's not quite working - and more importantly, how to fix it. A key part of that can be team building sessions to engage everyone in working collaboratively.
